I have made an irrevocable choice to give all of my being (my mind, my emotions, my physical body, my choice) in business and in life to God, through all of Christ.

Christ being the only right, the only light, the only path, the only truth and the highest order in (business and life) I can choose!

I have made an irrevocable choice to give all of who I am in Christ to men of business and of life, to wealth creation, to the security and financial well-being of my family, my friends, my staff, my team, my employees and my vendor partners and because they have committed themselves to me, my minimal obligation is to get the highest and best results from all that I do.

I therefore, have made an irrevocable choice to never knowingly accept a fraction of the yield, in (business and life) when with the same effort or less and the same people or fewer and with the same time or less and the same capital or less and with the same opportunity cost or less, I am able to deliver much more to all, Now and Perpetually.

I have made an irrevocable choice to Be like Christ in everything that I Be, Do and Have!

God our creator, our savior, our redemption, the one and only God of Love,

I choose right now to repent for shunning my responsibility, for not protecting my heart and my mind, and the heart and minds of my family, my home, my city, my state, my nation from anti christ and I ask you to forgive me. I ask you to help me do, what you would have me to do to fortify my mind, my family, my home, my city, my state and my nation against this invasion by anti christ. I agree with you that that this is not a battle against men, but a battle against spiritual wickedness and the invasion of the hearts and minds of peoples everywhere. Please start a Christ (Truth) Revolution in my heart and in mind, and in the hearts and minds of my family, my city, my state and my nation so that Christ’s Body of Men will be renewed in the spirit of their minds, so that we as men will Assemble as the most influential, most vibrant, most healthy, most wealthy, most attractive, most vibrant body of peoples on the planet.

Please help me understand how to share this message with others, not to incite hate for a class of people, but to provoke men to be the men you created them to be. Men who understand and accept responsibility. Men who will stand up as the true head of their family with complete submission to Christ who is their head. Men who will embrace their family as a powerful man of Christ (Truth) and faith and love. Men who will choose to Be like Christ, who chose to Love all others (friends, enemies, strangers, aliens) in advance. Men who will demonstrate Christ (Truth) by being the most powerful man they know how to be. A man of strength, of courage, of responsibility, of commitment, of action. Men who will no longer hide behind their desks or behind their tools but will stand up and enter life full on so that the most powerful light in the universe can shine through them and push this darkness back into the pit of hell where it belongs.

God please help me understand how to talk about this with other men who love you in isolation, so that they too will come out from behind themselves. Help me understand where to get the training in your Truth that I need to fortify my heart and my mind and the hearts and minds of my family and friends. Please God show me how to be powerful, how to be vibrant, how to be healthy, how to be attractive, how to be influential, how to be vibrant, how to Be like your number 1 son, Jesus Christ, the most powerful, most vibrant, most attractive, most healthy, most wealthy, most influential Man to ever grace our planet.

That’s who I am going to be like God. I choose to be like your number 1 son. I choose to be a man like Jesus, a man like Christ! When I stand before you God I expect to hear well done my powerful man who became like me.

God your word is exceedingly and abundantly clear –

2 Chronicles 7:14

If Men, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their un-right thoughts and beliefs, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.

As we repent and accept responsibility, as we come out from behind ourselves and enter into the life that you created for us, as we embrace the call to Be like Christ, we thank you in advance for forgiving us and for healing our families, our cities, our states, our nation and the world. And all the powerful Men of Christ’s Body say with a warriors shout – AMEN

I was talking with God this morning about the many opportunities that men have and I felt led to try an experiment with Todays WUPA. Let’s see how it goes….

To begin, let me ask you to make a choice to align your thinking with God.

The only way we can do that, is if we know what he has to say about us.

Here are 7 things God says about you.

1. Be Successful in love, in life, in business, in health, in relationships, in all things, because there is no failure in me. Proverbs
2. Be Healed in love, in life, in business, in health, in relationships, in all things, because there is no dis-ease or di-stress in me. 1 John 1
3. Be Wealthy in love, in life, in business, in health, in relationships, in all things, because I am a God of Abundance and there is no lack in me. Genesis 26
4. Be Perfect in love, in life, in business, in health, in relationships, in all things, because I am Perfect. Matthew 5
5. Be Free in love, in life, in business, in health, in relationships, in all things, because I am Free.  John 8 and 1 John 5
6. Be Whole in love, in life, in business, in health, in relationships, in all things, because I am Whole. 1 Peter
7. Be just like Christ in life, in business, in health, in relationship, in all things, because Christ is Your head and You Are His Body. 1 Corinthians 11 and Ephesians 4

Being what God says you are, is a choice that you have to make. Being what God says you are is a State of Being that you must Choose.

That means that (you have to say with your heart and with your mouth), I choose to agree with God, I Be what God says I AM.

I Be Successful, I Be Healed, I Be Wealthy, I Be Perfect, I Be Free, I Be Whole, I Be Just Like Christ in Love, in Life, in Business, in Health, in Relationships, in all Things.

That is what Christ bought for me. Christ came to seek and to save that which was lost and he found everything that was lost and he saved everything that he found. Luke 19:10

It is done, it is finished, it is complete. Amen

But wait….

if it is finished, if it is complete – then why doesn’t my life look and feel like the one that is described above? Why do I have illness in my body or broken relationships or lack in my finances?

Glad you asked! Everywhere you are not experiencing what God says about you, those are areas in your heart and in your head where you are in disagreement with God. This internal and outward disagreement causes you to resist getting and applying the truth, the education, the understanding, the wisdom, the skill, the help necessary to Thrive in that specific area.

For instance, let’s say that you’re successful as a brick layer, your craftsmanship is that of the great masters, when people look at your work they stand in awe….but you suck at people management, you’re overweight, you’re in debt and you get angry at the smallest of things.

You could deny the truth, opting instead to believe that God is punishing you or that you are not deserving or that stuff ($#%&) happens and simply continue with this lack and distress in your life – or you can choose to accept and acknowledge the truth and get the help you need to develop in this area and or outsource or get someone else who is gifted in that area to do whatever that thing is for you.

Obviously there are certain things you must do on your own! You can’t get someone else to eat less and move more for you, but you can find someone to help you with a plan and to walk with you until you’ve accomplished your goals and developed the habits necessary to maintain it on your own. Call me, I just might be the right guy to help you in this area and if I’m not we will find someone who can.

But, the first thing that has to happen is you have to choose to agree with God!

Here is your call to action

1. Choose to agree with God and keep choosing to agree with him all day long, day after day, after day. This will dilute your internal resistance and open you up to receiving help from him and his appointed helpers.
   Here is an example – you feel a symptom in your body….your old response, I must be getting sick, your new response, wait that cannot be right, Jesus says that I am healed and I agree with him, followed by the statement coming from your mouth – Body Be Healed!
2. Choose to gain the training, understanding, wisdom and skill needed to align your thoughts with the truth in that area.
   Here is an example – you have anger issues, your old response, I just can’t help it, your new response, call Les to see if he is the right guy to help you develop the new habit of not getting angry.
3. Choose to outsource to someone else who is gifted in the areas where you obviously lack the gift.
   Here is an example – You suck at financial matters, your old response, I guess I’m just doomed to be broke, your new response, call Les to see who he knows that can help me manage this area so that I can be free.

You were not designed and created to do it all, in fact there are some things that you absolutely positively should not be doing, because in doing them you’re preventing God from blessing you and the other person who is supposed to be doing it for you,

This is the Truth! I may not be the right guy to help you, but we will never know unless we talk and I can guarantee you that if I am not, we will both know and if that is what we discover, then I promise, I will help you find that right someone, because more than anything, I want you to Be like Christ.

You owe it to God, to yourself and too those who love you, too at least explore what it might take too move beyond the obstacles and barriers that are preventing you from Being what God created you to Be!

I will not pressure you or use my ninja magic to talk you into something that you don’t want to do and I’m convinced that you will discover that it really is quite easy to Break Free!

If you’ve been thinking I don’t have time for personal/professional development, then it’s time you discovered nooks and crannies.

God said:

“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” (Romans 12:2)
However, far too many people believe that they don’t have time to give their minds the kind of information that can help them create real, concrete results and achieve their dreams.

So ask yourself these questions:  

1. How much time to I spend commuting each day? In the U.S., we spend an average of 115 – 130  hours a year commuting to work about 30 – 45 minutes one way.
2. Going after this and that? The typical person is on the go between 500 to 1,000 hours per year, the equivalent of two full semesters at a university.
3. How much time is invested at the gym, walking or running, or working out?
4. Cooking dinner, doing chores, or cleaning the house? As of 2005, men spent at least 13 hours each week on housework
5. How much is spent waiting on this or that?
6. Does the TV renew your mind? According to the Nielsen Company, the average American watches 4 hours and 35 minutes of TV each day. How much of that do you think is content designed to uplift and renew your mind?

All of us have stuff to do each day that only requires the use of our body. Instead of vegging out  and wasting those nooks and crannies, what if you used that time to feed your mind with the best information, inspiration, and coaching on the planet to displace the untrue, outdated, inaccurate, unright thinking?

Nothing is more effective at keeping the momentum going than powerful audio programs you listen to on your ipod. When I wrote Renewing our Minds is our responsibility I said I would share 7 powerful ways to expedite the renewal. Today we look at #3 Reading.

The child in this picture will probably read thousands of books in his lifetime, because his mother took the time to teach, make enjoyable and instill the value of reading at an early age. That programming will serve him, serve God and the rest of the world forever. Sadly, many boys did not receive this kind of training and therefore do not read.

Were you aware that studies from business, church and the coaching industry indicate that most men quit reading (quit learning) the moment they finish high school or college.

Sadder still is the alarming decline in mastery of a chosen field or role. Most men get 1-3 years of training (which equals about 20 days) in their chosen career and then repeat that development over and over again, 30 years in a row. No wonder there are so few masters in our society. Did you know that it takes about 10,000 hours of intense training and development to master anything.

Reading is a skill that develops just like any other skill

and there are specific things you can do to make it enjoyable.. If you have dyslexia or some other deficiency that makes reading difficult then contact me about getting some professional help in that area. I’ve researched this topic and although I’m not an expert, I can get you pointed in the right direction. There are many, very cool ways to get beyond ADD, ADHD, dyslexia and other reading deficiencies, if you are willing to put in the work.

If you don’t have reading deficiencies, but you just don’t like to read, then that is a horse of a different color. That is a values deficiency. Reading has no value to you so you don’t value reading. I can tell you that reading is the most valuable thing you can do to advance your life, your career, your income or any other area of your life, but I think I’ll allow some pretty savvy folks to do that for me.

Find ways to make it fun, find ways to make it convenient, find ways to make it interesting, find ways to make it relevant to your success and then quit making excuses and just make it happen.

If it’s hard then find easy books to read and read a lot of them, it wont take long and you’ll get good at it. If it’s boring then switch topics until you find something that inspires and captures your imagination. It it’s monotonous then perhaps you’re looking at it the wrong way, you have a choice, choose to view it differently and the way you look at it will change.

Most of you have heard it before….

Just in case you’re a little slow and haven’t been using your thinking muscle lately, I think it’s important to add some context to this statement. Unless your thinking, understanding, wisdom, and truth is growing and maturing, you will soon find yourself in a situation or facing an obstacle or barrier that you will not be able to handle or navigate.

Consider this -

Do you want to be a man who has read many volumes but with understanding tissue paper thin or do you want to be known for gaining mastery of the gifts and the truth that God has assigned to you?
