A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I have been speaking for over 10 years to leadership, management and sales teams as well as men’s groups.
I have spent most of my career in the entrepreneurial and small business world, navigating the heart of business and business leaders.
I now devote my time to coaching, writing and speaking. My heart is called to redeem business, but especially “Chief Men in Charge”.™ The way I see it, a man who chooses a life of leadership, who risks his life to conceive, build and operate a business, should get a handsome return for his risk. Many don’t – because the mindset they use and the model they build is illegitimate and unrighteous.
I have written two books, “Why you should read this book and others like it” and “Thrive Now“. I’m currently birthing a new book called “Your Heart, Christs Heart – One Heart”. It is scheduled for release – summer 2012
I’ve been happily married to my wife, Lisa, for 12 years. My wife and I live in Chesapeake, Virginia. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, writing, and golf.

Death and Loss have been close companions of mine for as long as I can remember.
My dad was a nomad constantly on the move. Some 50 different places over a 20 year span. Each move representing a loss. Loss of friends, loss of identity, loss of familiarity, loss of stability. When I was 11 my girlfriend died from Rocky Mountain tick fever. My first son was 5 when he died from a reaction to anesthesia prior to heart surgery. My younger sister died from colon cancer when she was 38 and my younger brother died when he was 44 from a brain aneurism due to a silly fun filled golf cart accident.
I’ve experienced plenty of what the world refers to as pain and through it all I’ve learned to Thrive.
